Whole Shares:
Whole pork shares are $7.25 per pound, based on the hanging weight. Our typical weights are 200 to 240 lbs, $1350 to $1620 total cost. This price includes the butcher fees. 
There is a $500 deposit required to reserve your pork share, with the remaining ~$800-$1120 due when you pick up the meat. 
 
Half Share:
Half pork shares are $7.50 per pound, based on hanging weight. Our typcial half weight is ~100 to 120 lbs, ~$700 to $840 total cost. This price includes the butcher fees. 
There is a $250 deposit required to reserve your pork share, with the remaining ~$450-$590 due when you pick up the meat.
